[PyKDE] licencing PyQt

Good Morning!

My name is Vladimír Zima and we want with BeagleCAD team write program 
BeagleCAD. BeagleCAD is program distribude under GPL and we want use you 
PyQt. We want make the program for Linux and windows under the same licence, 
GPL.

My question?: Can we use your toolkit PyQt if we use GPL licence for both 
platform(Windows, Linux) and dont brake licencing PyQt?
