[PyKDE] ANN: new eric3 3.8.x development snapshot

Hi,

I have just uploaded the next snapshot of eric3 3.8.x. It fixes a possible 
security exploit and features support for the Mercurial version control 
system.

As usual it is available via the snapshots page of 
http://www.die-offenbachs.de/detlev/eric3.html

Please give it a try and report all bugs and feature requests.
