No - SIP snapshots are from the trunk (ie. what will become SIP 4.5) and so 
are "later" than SIP 4.4.2.

Jim needs to fix PyKDE for SIP 4.5 (which won't be for a couple of months at 
least) by removing the "dead" overloads.
