[PyKDE] Eric3 announce: documentation and wiki

Hello all
        
        Happy to announce Eric has found a home for its documentation.
        
        I volunteered :-P and took over to write the user interface
        documentation for Eric. There is a TRAC wiki now at
        http://ericide.python-hosting.com/wiki/ or
        https://ericide.python-hosting.com/wiki/
        that will be filled over time with the documentation and other
        related
        material.
        
        The wiki is currently no more than a sketch. In fact its merely
        two
        days old now and helpfull only if you have trouble figuring out
        what
        File-->New does. So everyone with an interest in documenting
        Eric is
        heartly invited to join the efford and add whatsoever ideas or
        content to the project.
