[PyKDE] ANN: SIP v4.4.3 Released

SIP v4.4.3 has been released and is available at the usual place.

This is a bug fix release and addresses two particular problems...

1. Code wasn't been generated properly for namespaces where the namespace was 
specified in more than one place. This affected the current PyKDE snapshot.

2. Modules on MacOS are now created as bundles rather than dynamic libraries. 
This means that they can be loaded by the standard python.org interpreter. 
You no longer have to build your own interpreter with a different 
DYNLOADFILE.
