You can still buy commercial Qt and PyQt licenses for other reasons without
giving up your principles. You might do this to get access to customer
support channels, or maybe you really like the product and want to show
your appreciation by funding its development. In that case, the option of
releasing your application as a closed source product is just a bonus
item. :-)
