[PyKDE] ANN: new eric4 snapshot available

Hi,

this is to inform you of a new snapshot release of eric4. This includes a 
bunch of bug fixes and this new functionality.

- bug fixes
- the capability to exclude files and directories from translation
- update to chartables v. 0.5.0
- actions to go to the next/previous task of an open editor
- a dialog to override some global settings on a per project basis
- the capability to resize the configuration dialog's contents via
  a splitter
- tabbed browsing for the help viewer
- a configuration option to use a single help browser window
- a rearranged editor context menu and an option to show a
  minimalistic context menu (for small screens)
- extended help texts for the Python and Qt regexp wizard dialogs
