[PyKDE] QScintilla1.7/Qt3 broken

Hi Phil, 

I just noticed that my self-compiled eric3 doesn't find its QScintilla
so I went to the 1.71-20061126 version I have lying around and into the
Qt3 subdir.

Changed the $$[QT_*] variables to $HOME/qscintilla_1.7_qt3 and ran
qmake, with the result of many compilation errors about functions not
present in Qt3, like QString::size().

So is QScintilla 1.71 not meant to be used with Qt3? If so you should
remove the Qt3 subfolder and all reference to Qt3. Else I'd suggest to
fix it ;)
