[PyKDE] ANN: new eric4 snapshot available

Hi,

this is to inform you of the availability of a new eric4 snapshot release. It 
is available via http://www.die-offenbachs.de/detlev/eric.html. Please give 
it a try and report bugs and wishes to the eric4 bug email address. This 
snapshot includes a bunch of bug fixes and this new functionality.

- a reworked the Edit menu to make it a bit shorter
- the capability to add existing translation files
- a close button for the tab view, which closes the current editor
- the capability to save the help window size and position (and a
  configuration option to enable this)
- close tab and new tab buttons for the help viewer window
- more compatibility changes for Subversion 1.4.0
