[PyKDE] PyQt4 on WinXP?

I tried running the latest PyQt4 snapshot on Windows XP and ran into a
problem that had been identified on the list several weeks ago.  At that
time Phil indicated that work had not begun on supporting the Windows
platform.  I was wondering if that is still the case, and when we might
see a PyQt4 that works on Windows?  Thanks.
