[PyKDE] PyKDE snapshot snapshot-20051013 and sip snapshots

This is the second report. I can't reproduce the problem with older sip/PyQt 
versions, so I'll have to give it a try with the most recent snapshots.

I've examined the PyKDE code and the other user did some basic checks and 
neither of us was able to identify the problem.

I'll post again when I have more info.
