[PyKDE] Ptr problem in PyKDE builds

Ah I know this is kinda a feature request but it would be awesome if 
KIO::NetAccess::mostLocalUrl() function which is new in KDE 3.5.x would be 
supported too. Its needed for apps to interoperate with media:/ kioslave.
