[PyKDE] Problem compiling PyKDE with latest sip

After Phil switched the sip-snapshots to the 4.4 branch (at least that's
the only reason I see for sip-snapshot-20060525), PyKDE snapshot
compiles again. 

So it seems some change for sip 4.5 introduced the build problem for the
PyKDE snapshot.
