[PyKDE] ANN PyQt v4.0 Released

great news.
doen anyone known  how to install open source edition  pyqt with platform
win32-msvc.net on windows.
it seems qt4 gpl version support win32-g++ only on windows. is it?
(but python2.4 was build with vs2003...)
