[PyKDE] PyQt4 documentation incomplete

Hi,

not sure wether you're already aware of this Phil, but the PyQt4
documentation contains many dangling links, for example in the QSettings
documentation the links to the Application example and the "Window
Geometry" section point to non-existing files.

If this is intended (i.e. you don't want to ship those files), the I
think you should either remove the links or let them point at the real
Qt documentation.
