[PyKDE] "qt_dir" error installing PyKDE

That's the wrong version of PyQt. PyKDE is for KDE3 which depends on
Qt3, so PyQt3 is the version you need to install for PyKDE to work.

That's "normal", the qtdemo from Qt4 itself runs a little bit faster,
but not that much...
