[PyKDE] pyrcc4 doesn't work with .qm files?

Hi,

it seems pyrcc4 cannot handle translations in .qm files.

pyrcc4 Parse Error:ts/de.qm:1:3 [error occurred while parsing element]

According to the docs it should work.
