[PyKDE] PyKDE fails to compile on Debian

Hi 
   I downloaded the newest version of PyKDE, snapshot20060122 and it fails to 
compile with the following comments. I tried to look for a similar failure on 
the internet but didn't succeed. I have got the following sip and python-qt 
versions installed:
python 2.3
python-qt3	3.15.1-1
sip4			4.3.2-2
I have tried to compile it both on Debian amd64 and i386 with the same result.
