http://pyqwt.sourceforge.net/snapshot/PyQwt-20060419.tar.gz works with
SIP-4.4.x, Qt4.x and Qt3.x. It is based on a Qwt-CVS snapshot (there is no
stable Qwt release yet for Qt4).  Feel free to push for a real PyQwt release
after PyQt4 has been released (I have to update documentation and examples).
