Hi,

due to the late release of PyQt 4.1 etc, Debian etch will ship with 4.0.1 and
PyKDE 3.15 + snapshots.

Preliminary binary packages of PyQt 4.1, PyQt 3.17 and sip 4.5 are available in
the usual place, improved versions of these packages and new packages for PyKDE
3.15+X (or maybe 3.16.1), QScintilla 1.7 and QScintilla2 will follow shortly.
