[PyKDE] rc2ui

I'm looking for a product (or script) to transform Microsoft Windows resource file (.rc) in qt4 ui file. After a little search on the net, it seems that a plugin named rc2ui was able to do this kind of stuff but this plugin has been removed from qt. 
Any suggestion are welcome.
