[PyKDE] Getting started with pyqt4

As is typical for me, I solve my problem shortly after writing about it.

The code to dynamically load a .ui file is here (in french, which I don't 
speak, but at least I can read the python)

So upgrading my pyqt is not an issue (I'll get the new version with feisty I'm 
sure), but I would still like to know your thoughts on adding talk pages to 
the wiki.
