Pretty stable. Sometimes Phil introduces smaller bugs (although that
happened more before the first PyQt4 release) but they are fixed the
next day normally.

I worked with the PyQt4 snapshots before the .0.0 release and it wasn't
a large problem, although it wasn't production code ;)
