Just to let you know that the publisher has told me that they have fixed
the problem, and Pete has confirmed that he was able to get the book
successfully:-)

I'll be giving the publisher some revised chapters plus five new
chapters tomorrow---these should appear on Safari in July or August; the
whole book should be on Safari by September.
