[PyQt] Is there an easy way to install pyqt?

Install Python 2.5. Its clearly written besides the binary package that
it needs Python 2.5. And I can't see a mentioning of Python 1.5
anywhere, AFAIK PyQt4 needs Python 2.3 or later.
