PyQt v4.2 should work fine - but obviously without any of the new classes
introduced in Qt 4.30.
Current PyQt snapshots support Qt v4.3.0rc1 and probably won't build against
Qt v4.3.0 because of API changes. These will get fixed in the next day or so.
