[PyQt] QtDesigner module

Hi,

We have been using PyQt 4.2.3, and noticed the QtDesigner module is
missing, but is needed for using PyQt widget plug-ins in QtDesigner.  We
then upgraded using PyQt-Py2.5-gpl-4.3.1-1.exe, but the QtDesigner
module is still missing.

Are there plans to include it again?  If not, what is the best way to
get hold of it?
