[PyQt] Installation problem in linux

Hi

Actually the QTDIR env was set to the old qt installation 

I updated it to the newly installed qt4.3 and after this when I tried
running configure.py I got the following long output

That was probably a mistake.

Obviously old bits of Qt3 are being found. It's a bit difficult to make 
suggestions as I've no idea what state your system is now in.
