[PyQt] New Riverbank Website Live

The new Riverbank website is now live at http://www.riverbankcomputing.com

The old site (at .co.uk) will switch over in the next day or so when the DNS 
changes take effect.

Unfortunately the URLs have changed within the site so you may have to update 
bookmarks - although you should be able to get to the stuff you need 
regularly with a single click from the homepage.

At the moment the content of the site isn't hugely different, but as the 
implementation is now Python (instead of that PHP nonsense) it will be much 
easier to expand the scope of the site in future.
