[PyQt] ANN: new plugins released

Hi,

this is to inform you about the availability of v 1.0.0 of the eric4 Assistant 
plugin (an alternative autocompletion and calltips provider) and v 1.1.0 of 
the Rope refactoring plugin (latest rope release and another alternative 
autocompletion and calltips provider).

The plugins are available via the eric4 web site or via the built-in Plugin 
repository dialog.
