[PyQt] PyKDE4: installing pykdedocs fails

I posted a bug report on launchpad and they hinted me to do this, but...

...still it didn't work, complaining about a missing .api file. I tried to 
generate this by compiling PyKDE4 from the sources but this failed, too 
(actually configure.py failed with

sip: sip/kdecore/typedefs.sip:263: %MappedType template for this type has 
already been defined

At this point I gave up. I'll wait until Kde 4.2
