[PyQt] launch a dialog from main window

You don't have to set up another instance of QApplication in the viewer.

But: this application starts in some way? On Windows, with Python 2.5.2 
and PyQt 4.3.3, it returns me a:

"NameError: name 'app' is not defined"

On the __init__ of the Main class, of course.
