[PyQt] For users of Debian and Eric

Hi
   If you are using eric in Debian Testing, please update Qscintilla to
version 2.2-4. You can for example add
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free
to /etc/apt/sources.list
Then you do
apt-get update
apt-get install python-qscintilla2

remove unstable from your sources.list file and run apt-get update again.

Please don't report it as a bug to Detlev and in general. Please report
Debian bugs with reportbug. I will forward them to Detlev if they are not
Debian specific.

This problem should be fixed within days.
