PyQwt is no more included because the new PyQt package allows
building addons on top PyQt again.

I will try to release a new version of PyQwt next sunday or monday
(including an installer for Windows).

http://pyqwt.sourceforge.net/support/PyQt-Py2.5-gpl-4.3.3-2.exe
