[PyQt] sip-4.7.8-snapshot-20081007 breaks PyQt-x11-gpl-3.17.4

Phil,

I get the error below after plugging the upgrade from
sip-4.7.8-snapshot-20080920 to sip-4.7.8-snapshot-20081007 in my build
scripts:

I am not 100% sure that it did built with 20080920, but pretty sure.
