[PyQt] QEvent::Create enum type not wrapped

Hi, Phil 

I don't know if this is a bug or a configuration issue, 
but it seems that QEvent::Create enum type in qcoreevent.h is not being wrapped by sip.

I am using Qt4.6, sip-4.10-snapshot-20091203 and PyQt-mac-gpl-4.7-snapshot-20091203.
