[PyQt] QRectF Memory Leak

I believe that I may have ran across a memory leak in PyQt. (sip
4.10-snapshot-20091212 and PyQt win32 4.7-snapshot-20091213) I have
attached a very simple test case that just creates copies of a QRectF
in a loop and the memory usage continues to grow with every copy. I am
currently building the latest snapshots for further testing.
