[PyQt] ANN: eric 4.3.0 released

As you can see in the log, the installation completed successfully. However, 
there is a change in the install.py file for 4.3.0. If the -d option is used, 
the API files are installed into the eric4 directory (s. getAPIsPath()). 
Maybe that needs another twist to suit your needs (maybe introducing a 
commandline switch '-a' to specify the installation path for API files).
