[PyQt] PocketPC port of PyQT4

I think PyQt is one of the best candidate for all small devices, as Qt
exists in most cases, as well as python.

Is it hard to compile sip/PyQt on such devices? What are the needed
tools? I own an old PocketPC, so I could give it a try. But I need help
to start ;o)
