[PyQt] Tools for compiling sip/PyQt on MacOS

How MacOS users (Mac/MacBook) can download and install tools to build 
sip/PyQt packages (make, gcc/g++ and so)?

PS: I'm not a MacOS developer myself, but some users of my software would 
like to install it on their Mac/MacBook...
