[PyQt] RC2 of eric4 4.3.0 released

Hi,

a new snapshot of the eric 4.3 development is available via 
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=119070&package_id=300692. 
Here is the changelog.

- added the capability to associate an alternative (Pygments) lexer with a 
  filename pattern
- added the capability to have project specific lexer associations
- added the capability to have project type specific lexer associations
- added a auto-collapsing feature to the sidebars

Please note, that this release may be taken as the second release candidate. 
Please give it a try and report all problems via the built in reporting 
dialog (Help menu).
