[PyQt] default to list?

No, they just have to use proper mail clients, i.e. those that understand
what a mailinglist is. There's a plugin for Thunderbird that does this (as
TB devs refuse to integrate such a feature). 

Adjusting Reply-To to reply always to the list is simply a workaround for
such broken clients. 

Oh and you can of course just do a reply-all and don't need to fix the to
address completely (just remove the cc to the author).
