[PyQt] Another problem with PyQt4 4.6.2

Hi,

Running "python configure.py -h" with a Python interpreter from a virtual 
environment (built with virtualenv) (e.g. ~/pyqt462env/bin/python) still give 
the system paths as default installation dirs. Doing the same with the 4.6.1 
sources result in correct paths pointing to the virtual environment.
