[PyQt] Installing PyQt4 on CentOS 5.5

I have installed the newest version of SIM, the newest version of Qt4, 
but I cant install PyQT4. I keep getting an error:

[jcoleman at render03 PyQt-x11-gpl-4.7.4]$ python configure.py

Error: Failed to determine the layout of your Qt installation. Try again 
using
the --verbose flag to see more detail about the problem.
