[PyQt] Next PyQt, SIP and QScintilla Releases

I was using sip 7cff86d70dc7 and pyqt 6ad3e35e67ac. I've now updated to pyqt 
7088e9094087 and sip c38d259c1879 and can't seem to reproduce this problem, 
though it was pretty random. Was there a fix between these versions?
