Mind elaborating, on what you're after?
Apart from the fact, that your archive is a zip, while it advertises to
be a tarball (and while at it, put it into a subdir), AFAICS your
test.ui misses any _layouts_, hence you're reinventing (badly)
something that is a major aspect of using Qt.
Attached is your test.ui with layouts applied. Now, your UI is resizable
in a way, that the inventors of Qt have meant to use these things..
