[PyQt] QGraphicsPixmapItem not showing set pixmap

I made a Icons.qrc file. I am now doing this:

pyrcc4 -py2 Icons.qrc -o IconsCompiled

What should the extension IconsCompiled be? How would I import that file to
my PyQt program?
