[PyQt] ANN: New eric 5.0 snapshot released

Hi,

I'd like to inform all of you about the immediate availability of a new eric 
5.0 snapshot. It fixes a few bugs and adds these new features.

- added administration actions to the Mercurial plug-in
- added changegroup related actions to the Mercurial plug-in
- added bisect commands to the Mercurial plug-in

It is available via
