[PyQt] PyQT 4.8 and Python(x,y)

Hi,
I tried installing PyQT 4.8 unsuccessfully. I think the main problem is that
I am using Python(x,y) (Windows XP). Is there a way to get PyQT 4.7 or 4.8
and installing it without conflicts if I am using Python(x,y)?
