[PyQt] QtNetwork import problem with PyQt 4.8 and 4.8.1

The PyQt v4.8 Windows installers include the OpenSSL DLLs which
QtNetwork.pyd is linked against, so you probably need to add them to the
list of things that py2exe should bundle.
